Which payment methods do you accept?
When ordering through our app, we currently accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Maestro, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver within a 1km radius of our flagship store, which is located in Digbeth, B9 4AA.
What times to you offer delivery?
Delivery is available from 08:30-14:40.
How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
Once you’ve completed an order, you should see a ‘Thank you’ screen with a receipt. We’ll also send you an email just for your records.✨ Tip: Always check your Junk/Spam folders in case our emails have taken the scenic route.
How can I change my order?
Call us as soon as possible on 0121 296 9994 and have your order number at the ready — you can find this in the order confirmation email we sent you.
How do I change the delivery address for my order?
Give us a call as soon as you can on 0121 296 9994 and if the order has not yet left the building, we’ll try our best to change the address.
My order is late, what should I do?
We’re so sorry! Please give us a call on 0121 296 9994 and we’ll resolve as soon as possible.
I was sent something different to what I ordered, what can I do next?
Oops, we’re sorry about that. Give us a call and have your order number and details of what you were sent at the ready on 0121 296 9994 and we’ll sort it as soon as possible.
How do I cancel my order?
Get in touch with us as soon as you can on 0121 296 9994. Bear in mind that there might be a 50% charge for cancelling your order, depending on why and when you cancel.
I'm not happy — can I have a replacement/refund?
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your food or beverage item, let us know and we’ll gladly remake it for you. In circumstances where the product is not what was ordered or the quality has been compromised, give us a call on 0121 296 9994 and depending on the circumstances, we’ll either replace the items or issue a refund. We reserve the right to withhold any refund and/or supply replacement products at any time.
How long will my refund take?
Once processed, your refund should be back with you within 5 working days. If you’ve been expecting a refund and have not yet received it just send us an email to orders@kanteen-life.com.
